Adult Low Impact Exercise Program

Ellett Memorial Hospital offers a free Adult Low Impact Exercise Program.  As you grow older, leading an active lifestyle is more important than ever. 

The Adult Low Impact Exercise Program is for anyone interested in spending one hour, three days a week socializing and exercising with others.  Exercises are performed from either a sitting or standing position.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Mornings 9:00a.m. to 10:00a.m.
