Adult Low Impact Exercise Program

Ellett Memorial Hospital offers a free Adult Low Impact Exercise Program, called PACE, three days a week. As we grow older, regular physical activity is an important component of living a healthy life. Regular exercise can help prevent heart disease and diabetes, improve mental health, decrease the risk of falls and improve cognitive function.

The PACE class is for anyone interested in spending one hour, three days a week socializing and exercising with others. Exercises are performed from either a sitting or standing position.
