Emergency Department

The Emergency Department at Ellett Memorial Hospital is open 24/7 and staffed with qualified professionals.  Our physicians and nurse practitioners, in collaboration with registered nurses and paramedics, provide fast and efficient healthcare.  We are here to provide stabilizing treatment for your acute illness or injury.  After your ED visit, you may be discharged home, transferred to another facility, or admitted to our facility.  If you're discharged, you will receive discharge instructions, which may include scripts for medications, and instructions to follow up with your primary care provider.  If you're transferred to another facility, our on-site Ellett Ambulance may transport you there, or in cases of life-threatening situations an air-ambulance may be utilized.
